Riverview Industrial Center

Riverview Industrial Center is located in the City of St. Louis on Riverview Drive just four minutes south of I-270. Clark Properties renovated this former GAF industrial facility into a multi-tenant distribution center in 1987. More than $3 million of improvements were invested in this 211,000-square foot, 28-acre property. This included demolition, environmental clean-up, exterior renovation and roof replacement, upgrading of mechanical and electrical systems and completion of tenant finishes. Current tenants include Unlimited Services in Transportation, Inc., Custom Assembly, Inc., and Home Depot. Fully leased.
