Jay Logsdon Joins Clark Properties
ST. LOUIS, Jan. 25, 2007 – Clark Properties has added Jay Logsdon as chief financial officer. Logsdon also will serve as chief financial officer for Clark Logistic Services, Clark Painting Company and Eco Recycling.
Logsdon has an extensive background in public accounting and business. Prior to joining Clark Properties, Logsdon was a business owner and previously held positions with Arthur Andersen and RubinBrown. He also was a shareholder in the local St. Louis firm formerly known as Maher, Sabino, Logsdon, Hendon and Associates, P.C.
Logsdon is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Logsdon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
