ST. LOUIS, July 19, 2005 – Jason Clark has been named facilities maintenance manager for Clark Properties, a St. Louis-based real estate development and property management company. The announcement was made by Michael H. Clark, president of Clark Properties. As facilities maintenance manager, Clark is responsible for managing maintenance staff and contractors at all facilities owned and managed by Clark Properties throughout metropolitan St. Louis. In addition, he is in charge of developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs and budgets for all properties, as well as responding to all tenant service requests. Prior to his new position, Clark worked extensively on property management projects for the real estate development firm and its tenants. Facilities either owned or managed by Clark Properties include industrial, warehouse, office-warehouse and office buildings for clients such as Procter & Gamble, USF Logistics, Home Depot and Bakers Footwear Group. Founded in 1985, Clark Properties is a full-service real estate development and property management company headquartered in St. Louis.
