Warehousing Specialists Inc. has leased 128,060 square feet of warehouse space at Union Seventy Center Business Park, 3901 Union Blvd St. Louis, MO 63115, from Union Seventy Partnership, represented by Wayne Weidemann, vice president of Clark Properties.
