TEMP-AIR Enters St. Louis Market with Lease of
Building at Union Seventy Center from Clark Properties

ST. LOUIS -- TEMP-AIR announces that it has established a new regional office at Union Seventy Center Business Park in North St. Louis after leasing a building at 5411 Brown Avenue from owner/developer Clark Properties.

TEMP-AIR is a division of Burnsville, Minn.-based RUPP Industries, Inc. It provides temporary heating, cooling, ventilating, de-humidifying and air-cleaning services for construction and industrial sites as well as for special events.

The new office at Union Seventy Center, the company’s 11th nationwide, will service a five-state region including parts of Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Arkansas and Oklahoma. TEMP-AIR had previously serviced the territory from Watertown, Wis.

Clark Properties is the area’s leading redeveloper of brownfield industrial property. Since 1985 Clark has acquired, renovated and sold or leased more than 4.7 million square feet of office, warehouse/distribution and light manufacturing space in metropolitan St. Louis.
